Shipping Policy
Third party courier deliveries within the UAE are free of charge above 150 AED. For purchases under 150 AED we charge a fixed delivery fee for AED 20. We deliver across the UAE in 2-3 business days (Saturday & Sunday is off).
For Delivery outside the UAE, kindly send us a message and we will get back to you with the best quote available.
Our courier company will contact you once they have collected your shipment to coordinate a suitable delivery time.
Out of Stock Items:
All orders are subject to availability. We do our best to accurately track inventory, however, occasionally we sell out of items before online orders can be fulfilled. If an item you have ordered is not available, we will contact you to ask if you would like:
1. The out of stock item sent when it becomes available. No additional delivery charges will be applied if the full order is already paid.
2. An alternative item of the same value.

Return & Exchange Policy
At Tickle Tickle we take pride in the high quality of all our products.
In the rare instance if there is any issue with your purchase, Customer can exchange or cancel their order within 5 days only. Please note you are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 45days for the refund transfer to be completed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unwashed, unused and in the same condition that you received it with all original tags.

Customized items are not eligible for refund.
